Quick And Easy Auto Glass Replacement! Paid By My Insurance!
Yesterday on my commute, a rock flew up and put a huge crack in my windshield. I called Victory Auto Glass, and Tiffany was so quick to respond. She helped me get the claim with my insurance company, which was also very quick, and then got the installer scheduled. Shawn did a very careful and thorough job installing my window, and now it is good as new! Great company, would recommend heartily.

Auto Glass Replacement vs Auto Glass Repair
Auto Glass Replacement
Often most customers will get their entire windshield replaced due to the size of cracks, amount of chips, or location of breaks. This is because state laws govern when a windshield needs to be replaced or not because it is a safety device on your vehicle.
When you need to replace a windshield in whole, we will install a brand-new windshield replacement for your vehicle.
Auto Glass Repair
Occasionally we are able to repair your windshield without having to replace the entire windshield. We can do this when the following conditions are met:
- Crack is less than 6 inches
- Less than 3 chips
- Damage is not over sensors for assisted driving

Auto Glass Repair & Insurance FAQs
With Comprehensive (Excluding Collision) coverage pays for loss or damage to your vehicle caused by fire, theft, vandalism, hail, windstorm, riot, falling objects, flood, collision with an animal, and other events as stated in your policy contract. Each Comprehensive (Excluding Collision) claim is subject to a deductible (the amount you will pay out of pocket). Check with your insurance agent.
You should choose a deductible that meets your financial needs; the higher the deductible, the lower the premium charged for this coverage. Please see your contract for state specific coverage details. Comprehensive (Excluding Collision) is an optional coverage. You may want to consider whether the present value of your vehicle justifies the cost of this coverage. If you finance or lease your vehicle, your lease or financing agreement may require you to have this coverage. Refer to your lease or financing agreement for details. Always good to check with your insurance agent.
Depending on your insurance company, if you have Comprehensive (Excluding Collision) coverage you may elect to have no deductible for damage to your vehicle's safety glass. This will allow for either repair or replacement of damaged safety glass without applying a deductible. (ie: $0) Safety glass typically includes the safety glass used in the windshield, doors, and windows, as well as the glass, plastic, or other material used in the lights of the motor vehicle.
You would be responsible for the costs of auto glass repair. Typically comprehensive insurance pays for itself if you use it once.
Typically no. But check with your insurance provider.
No. We will work with your insurance company to file the claim on your behalf.
You would be responsible for the difference. For example: If you have a $350 deductible, but costs are $500, you would be responsible for the remaining $150.
