5-Year / 50,000 Mile
We offer an industry leading 5-year, 50,000 mile worry-free warranty on all parts and labor. We believe in doing the job right the first time, but should your vehicle be among the small number of vehicles needing rework done on a qualified repair, we will fix it for you and do what we can to make it right.
At Victory Auto Service & Glass, our warranty is as simple and straightforward as we can make it. We're committed to your satisfaction with every visit to our shop. Fixing your car right the first time and on time is our goal. Within 5 years or 50,000 miles, we will do our best to make it right.
We are proud to offer an industry-leading 5 year or 50,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, on all new parts. We also offer a minimum of 90 days or 3,000-mile warranty (depending on the part manufacturer) on all rebuilt or remanufactured parts. For all used parts, we offer a 30 day part only warranty unless otherwise noted.
We do have a few exceptions, which are listed below:
Specific repairs we perform on your vehicle are warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. This applies to both parts we sell you and the labor we perform.
This commitment is subject to the following limitations:
- In order to keep your 5 years, 50,000-mile warranty valid, you must visit a Victory Auto Service location two times per year.
- We are not responsible for accident damage or abuse.
- Our liability is limited to the original cost you paid for the specific repair. Any component or manufacturer warranty will apply first.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the service only.
- In the event you do have an issue, you are required to notify us and give us a chance to make it right. We will repair, replace or refund your money at our option. Any warranty repairs must be made at our shop. In the event, a repair must be done at another shop (if you are on vacation or traveling) the repair needs to be pre-approved by us.
