I was in a tough spot with a nail in a tire and trying to get out of town. Jeff and team were absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate service in a quick timely fashion when all other auto repair centers were unwilling to accommodate a quick tire repair. Not many places actually demonstrate customer first service the victory team definitely does that and I will be returning in the future.

I’ve used them twice recently for my car. Once for a 100,000 mile service and tune up. Then again for some engine block problems. Both times, they were able to get me in right away and got my car fixed the same day. It’s very convenient to have a competent auto repair shop in my neighborhood. My brother and I have used this repair shop for years.
I called them before they closed on a Friday evening, because I found a huge nail in my tire and could hear all the air leaking out. They got me in on such short notice and fixed it right before they closed. Best customer service I have ever received! Highly recommend going here!!

Had a transmission issue and brought it in for servicing. They gave me a loaner since I work about half an hour away from home. Mary Anne was a pleasure to work with. And the car was fixed within a few days after repairs were authorized. Would definitely come here again.
