5-Year/50,000-Mile Warranty

When we fix something, we stand by it. Our mechanical repairs come with a 5-year/50,000-mile warranty on new parts and labor. This is our way of proving we’re passionate about doing the job right the first time. If a qualified repair doesn’t hold up, we’ll make it right, plain and simple.

This warranty is valid for standard, non-commercial vehicles and applies from the date of the original install or the mileage listed on your invoice, whichever comes first. Commercial vehicles are covered under a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty. Used parts? Those are covered for 30 days (parts only), unless noted otherwise.

What Keeps Your Warranty Active?

To keep your warranty valid, just bring your vehicle into any Victory location for service at least twice a year. It gives our technicians a chance to check in, catch potential issues early, and keep you safe on the road.

The Details That Matter

If a new part fails due to a defect or installation issue, we’ll replace the part and cover labor up to the original install cost.
If another unresolved issue in your vehicle causes that failure, you’ll need to approve the additional necessary repair to maintain warranty coverage.
If a part is replaced under warranty, the time and mileage coverage continue from the original install date—not from when the replacement was done.
If that same part fails again, additional testing may be required to confirm the cause, and you may be responsible for the cost of that testing.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Declining a recommended or required repair that directly affects the original issue may void your warranty.
Any repairs must be done at a Victory Tire & Auto location. Outside repairs are not eligible for reimbursement and will void your warranty coverage.
The manufacturer or distributor backs all parts and must follow their rules for warranty claims.
Abuse, neglect, or modifying your vehicle can void your warranty. If something feels off, return your car to us before more damage occurs.
Performance-modified vehicles are not eligible for warranty coverage due to the nature of the wear those upgrades can cause.
