The staff were very personable and helpful. They addressed all my conserns with understanding and expertise. They even created a vehicle report that included inspection details and concerns. Every detail was verified with a photo or explanitory video, so they basically addressed all my questions before I even got the chance to think of them. And, if I did have questions, they went out of their way to make sure that they were answered to my satisfaction. 10/10 service!

I’ve been to Village Autoworks a couple times now, and each time the service has been great! The service advisors are super helpful in explaining what needs to been done immediately and what things are going to need done in the future, without being pushy.

I went here to get my oil changed before going on a road trip. I have to say that my experience was phenomenal. Being a woman and taking my car for maintenance is always stressful. They did a complete inspection and even sent me pictures of the items that were needing attention. I can’t stress how grateful I am to them!
