If you are lucky enough to interact with Charlie when you are there then you will have a great experience. Everybody there is super knowledgeable but Charlie took the extra step to show me around the shop during my oil change and made sure I knew what was going on with my truck ever step of the way. First time there and will be my new spot for all my service work on my Honda Ridgeline. Honesty and trust is hard to come by these days and Charlie had both. 10/10 would recommend.
