Victory Automotive Service is a local, family-owned business that started in 1997 in a small, one-bay shop in Spring Lake Park, MN. Thanks to our loyal customers, we’ve grown steadily over the years, and today, we’re proud to bring our reputation for honesty, quality, and exceptional customer service to Burnsville.

How Victory Automotive Service Began
Our founder, Jeff Matt, has always believed in creating an auto repair shop where trust, transparency, and customer care come first. His passion for the automotive industry started early in life. As a kid, he watched his mother rely on her neighborhood mechanic to take care of the family car. He realized just how important it was to have a shop you can trust—a place that provides honest recommendations, quality repairs, and an overall great experience.
After graduating from technical school in 1989, Jeff spent years working in different automotive shops, learning what worked and what didn’t. He dreamed of opening his own shop—one where customers felt confident they were getting straightforward advice and top-tier service. In 1997, with a handwritten business plan and a lot of determination, Jeff opened the first Victory location in Spring Lake Park.
