I've used them twice recently for my car. Once for a 100,000 mile service and tune up. Then again for some engine block problems. Both times, they were able to get me in right away and got my car fixed the same day. It's very convenient to have a competent auto repair shop in my neighborhood. My brother and I have used this repair shop for years.

On August 11, 2025 I checked my Car into Victory to have my AC fixed along with some other things that needed to be done, Car was ready on August 13, 2025. However a couple days later the Vehicle temp gauge moved to hot so I called on Monday the 18 and THey gladly took the car in, WHich I was thankful for, Half way through the day I got a Call from Eric and He told me what was wrong and took care of it for me. Eric, Joe and the team were very helpful. Scheduling was efficient and we were able to get in quickly. Thorough inspection of my SUV was undertaken. They spent a lot more time than they likely wanted/needed to which I appreciated. My vehicle needed two bulbs and The manager Julian was super professional I didn't have to wait they took care of my services immediately and showed kindness professionalism and patience. I've been coming to the shop for the last several years and had minor to major issues with my suv. The repairs were done promptly at a reasonable price and I didn't feel as if I was taking advantage. If you are lucky enough to interact with Charlie when you are there then you will have a great experience. Everybody there is super knowledgeable but Charlie took the extra step to show me around the shop during my oilChange and made sure I knew what was going on with my truck ever step of the way. First time there and will be my new spot for all my service work on my Honda Ridgeline. Honesty and trust is hard to come by these days and Charlie had both. 10/10 would recommend.

Andy (manager) and Dan (intoxaloc tech) at chanhassen victory Auto are good at what they do and help in every way possible. Recently I did maintenance on my vehicle and reported it to intoxalock and parts arrived late and I missed my calibration. So I towed vehicle to victory Auto in chanhassen and became Andy and Dan's headache for the next 2 days. Because I had missed my calibration intoxalock made Andy and Dan the technician that works on the intoxalocks life's miserable with hoops to jump through and request that we're outlandish and downright unnecessary. But they handled all problems and solved everything for me with speed, class and reserve where I would of lost it on intoxaloc because they thought somehow the system had been tampered with which it had not but Dam showed them evidence of no foul play and that the system was perfectly intact just needed calibration. They handled a crappy situation better then I would if I was in their shoes hats off to you guys appreciate the patience with them and helping with me.

We have been using Victory Auto for years now. Within the past couple of years all 3 of my teens have started driving and they each have their own (used) vehicle. From oil changes to broken axels we use Victory for every car need. Brian and his team are fantastic. They are personable and more importantly honest. I trust them to tell me exactly what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait for a later date. They truly are the best! I would also like to mention how timely they are as well. There has been a couple of instances where a repair or issue has literally popped up last minute and each time this has happened their team has been so gracious with addressing these issues quickly. I even had one car towed in on a Sunday and by Tuesday the car was repaired and ready to go! I highly recommend Victory for all of your vehicles needs needs!

We worked with Brandon at Victory in Fridley. The Ford raptor has been here at Victory before however at a different location we were always impressed and very happy with the alignment the other location had completed. Something 2 actual Ford service garages could not accomplish, so so when it needed suspension work we didn’t think twice.We will now use Brandon and the garage as our repair shop for all our vehicles- from our little 2005 work truck to our nicer Sunday ride around the country car.

We were on our way up North for a family trip and was having problems with our van, stopped in Eau Claire at Victory and amazing customer service by Jake had our problem solved and back on our way in under an hour! Joe & the team at Victory Automotive were AMAZING!! I moved my son to St Petersburg from Buffalo, NY in his 2010 Jeep Wrangler, his prize possession. Two days after we arrived it wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Victory because it is a AAA recommended shop. I know nothing about vehicles. Joe & the team worked on it the day before a long holiday weekend. My son was starting a new job soon and I was flying back home that Saturday. I was worried about leaving him without a vehicle. They diagnosed the problem, walked me through every issue, and had it back on the road that same day. Great things:First they introduced me to tires that would work as well as winter tires in winter. And they were better than all season radials. This saves me the cost of swapping my tires from summer to winter tires every year, twice a year.Then my blower motor blew and the fuse blew. There were problems with the Replacement parts. However, they did not charge me anything more for all of the troubles that they have with the parts and instead even gave me a discount for waiting an extra day even though I told them it was fine.In both cases they saved me money. I have heard of people complaining about garages that try and suggest more things to be fixed and I have never had that experience at this place. My car has 150,000 miles so I have been there a few times. And I will continue to go there with all my cars.

Over the last 7 yrs I have repeatedly brought my vehicles to Victory for repairs. They are trust worthy and upfront with everything they do. Answers questions and are very friendly.My current vehicle started to act up on May 4th and I was able to leave it over night at Victory knowing it would be looked over the next day. On Monday the 5th I was called and given the results and explained what was needed and they had a loaner car for me to pick up. I had my vehicle back the next day, running like new. They did an awesome job and am so happy to have my vehicle working like butter.

I ended up on the side of the road with an unknown Prius problem (I drive a 2010 that’s always reliable but occasionally obstinate) an hour from my home on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm just as shops are closing.A moment that could have been really scary and frustrating was settled and soothed by both AAA and the tow driver who helped me out, and by being matched up with Chris and the team over at Victory.They called me even before the tow came, they assured me they would be open til at least 6, and they checked back in a little while later to see if they could start thinking through the problem before the car was even in their lot. That helped me not freak out and by the time I got to them I was able to chat through what had happened before The Sound my car made.Chris was super super kind and made being at a car shop (and not knowing what would happen to my trusted ride and still having to figure out getting home) kinda fun. He hooked me up with a loaner car, which absolutely saved my weekend from having to call out of shifts, and my lil Prius was safe and sound in Wyoming over the weekend.They called me first thing Monday, were very transparent about what they found (different than the speculations Friday) and were honest and clear. They fixed the problem, got me an oil change, and found another issue with a vent (that solved a year-old car mystery I had been curious about with my usual mechanic). At every step they clearly communicated, obviously valued safety and professionalism, had a very clean shop, and were pleasant people to engage with.Absolutely would go again. It makes me feel a lot more confident driving out of my usual zone when I know there’s kind mechanics ready to support with compassion, humor, and humility.

First visit was with my 03 Silverado that I had done the work myself and feared I failed but the guys informed me and gave me a good rundown of what I did and what I could’ve done to make it easier for next time. When my truck stalled on me they had it DIAGNOSED AND FIXED in under 2 hours. My latest trip was with my 2013 cts coupe for a transmission fluid exchange. They were very excellent with communicating with me and not trying to just screw me over or just get randome parts that who knows if that’ll fix the issue. Update 3/22/25TLDR: I have been a customer with Victory for probably close to 10 years and I couldn't be happier. The techs know their stuff and the customer service is incredible. If you need an oil change, new transmission, anything in between, or beyond, you can trust Victory will tell you; it's worth your hard earned money, and get it done in a timely manner with as little pain to your wallet as possible.I'm updating my review because on 3/11/25 I brought in a vehicle for an oil change. Jeff got me in quickly, asked if I was having any other issues, and assured me they'd let me know if they found anything out. Unfortunately for me my 2003 Mazda did need more work done, but Jeff took the time to explain what the repairs were, why they were needed, and gave me insight into what was necessary as a safety concern vs the nice to haves.One of the things I appreciate is that every tech I've worked with has been very real with me about whether or not a vehicle is worth repairing. Foster was no different and was upfront about the value of the repairs vs looking for a new vehicle. When considering one of the nice to haves he was even kind enough to offer to reduce the cost of the labor, something that would personally impact his own income. For me that says a lot about how much the folks at Victory value me and my family as a customer.Suffice it to say that while car repairs are never fun, it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would and my vehicle is safe for my family and myself. I really do recommend Victory regardless of the size of your needs. Everyone I've ever worked with at Victory has been both kind and knowledgeable and I'm grateful to have a go to whenever something goes wrong!________________________________Update as of 8/17/23I continue to receive great service from Victory. Over the last two years they've kept both my vehicles running. 2/25/2025:What a week! First the tire light came on in my Mazda and then the Service light on my VW. I was worried about maybe needing new tires....that my Beetle would need major service!But the service tech said the tires were low probably due to the drastic temp changes this winter and filled them! And he checked the oil and it was fine - he said to come back in 1000 miles! Once again, Victory Auto is a company of honesty and integrity and I highly recommend them!I'm once again so thankful for Victory Auto Service! I needed to schedule my Beetle for service after the battery died and I had asked Josiah to let me know when there was a loaner available. He called today to let me know he had a loaner car. I was able to jump start my car and drove to Victory. I was so worried I would have to purchase a new battery and have major work done on it. Josiah assured me that they would take a look - and after assessing it, the battery just needed to be recharged. While it was charging, I had the oil changed! Victory could have easily talked me into purchasing a new battery as well as other services that I didn't need. I've had several similar positive experiences at Victory where they could have easily talked me into having unnecessary work done on one of my cars -- but didn't. Thank you, Josiah, and the techs for honest, and thorough work.The tire light came on and Victory Auto got me in the same day and discovered a screw in the tire. It was quickly repaired and I'm on my way. This auto Service is by far one of the best I've experienced. Both my Beetle and Mazda have been in for regular service as well as a variety of issues. I finally found the perfect shop After having a horrible experience at this shop called tgk. I found victory auto. I brought my tuck in for an oil change on Thursday , Feb 20th. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm that day. I was running a little late due to traffic, and when I called the shop to let them know They greeted me by name , and said no problem.Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman named Nate. What a pleasant guy to deal with, Very friendly and professional. My overall experience was definitely a 10. They changed my oil and got me back on the road in no time. I usually dread getting my oil changed—or any kind of service, really. It often feels awkward, like I’m being a burden, especially at my previous service place. But after two visits to Victory Auto Service for oil changes and other work, I actually look forward to going. Kelly, Joe, and the entire team are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My last two visits involved some more extensive work that would’ve taken days anywhere else, but they had it done in just four hours. Now, with 100,000 miles on my car, it feels like new again. I almost can’t wait to visit them again. So, I won’t hesitate to call them when I need service next.
